Omega 3 DHA

Our brain contains around 90 billion nerve cells that are connected to one another via synapses. The omega 3 "brain fatty acid" DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and thus supports our "high performance center".

Omega-3 fatty acids are essential

Omega-3 fatty acids are important for our body; in fact, not only important, but essential! This means on the one hand that they are essential to life, on the other hand that our body cannot produce them itself and is therefore dependent on appropriate food. Omega-3 fatty acids are unsaturated and belong to the group of omega-n fatty acids, which used to be known as vitamin F. Two members of the omega-3 family are particularly relevant to us, namely docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). Both fulfill important tasks in our organism.

DHA:

DHA = Docosahexaensäure

EPA:

With DHA, this omega-3 fatty acid in particular plays a major role in the most important organ in our organism, the heart. EPA forms the basis for the formation of eicosanoids, which are involved in heart function, among other things.

EPA = eicosapentaenoic acid

Both lecithin and vitamin E have an antioxidant effect. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Lecithin is also an important part of the cell membrane.
The capsules are suitable for adults and children from 3 years of age. Up to two capsules can be taken daily.

Together with DHA, EPA plays an important role for our heart and contributes to the maintenance of normal heart function. EPA forms the basis for the formation of eicosanoids.

Deesse Omega 3 fatty acids come from the alga Schizochytrium, a completely new source of these special fatty acids. Lecithin (sunflower lecithin) is an important part of the cell membrane.

What is special about the Déesse Omega 3 Lecithin [& amp;] Vitamin E capsule • DHA is a brain fatty acid and is important for our brain function
