I am now 53 years old and have been an enthusiastic Déesse consultant with soul and heart

for 18 years

My first job is a retail clerk and I also worked for an advertising agency for a while. In my husband's photo studio, I supported him in the shop and in the office and, of course, was also responsible for the household and raising children.

I had nothing to do with cosmetics until my husband said one day that it would be beneficial if I learned to apply makeup professionally, because then I would be able to apply makeup to the women who came to the photo studio to take pictures, and thus during the Support the creation of application photos, passport photos and portraits with the right make-up.

In addition to all these arguments, I was convinced by the free training courses that I could attend as often as I wanted, because, as I said, I had nothing to do with cosmetics until now.

I also liked the fact that I could have returned the free starter case at any time if, after a year of “trial period”, I discovered that the sale and advice of cosmetic products was not for me. So I was able to start my new career as a Déesse consultant without risk, but with firm trust in the Déesse cosmetics company and the structure and salary plan!

My "godmother" accompanied me to my start evening and helped me to sell the Déesse products to the guests of my friend, whom I call hostess was able to inspire, explain and introduce. Every guest was allowed to enjoy a nice hand massage - I had already learned the handles at the first Déesse training - and everyone was thrilled!

This first demonstration was 18 years ago and many more have followed to this day. The ladies at the first demonstration are still enthusiastic customers and hosts of mine!

Thanks to the professional training from Déesse cosmetics and the exchange with the other consultants and managers, I became more and more confident in the demonstrations and the day came when I was able to offer "type-appropriate" make-up for photos in our photo studio. After a while, there was also bridal make-up and evening make-up as well as color and type advice.

At Déesse cosmetics, I not only learned everything about the products for body care, face care, foot care, hair care and make-up, but also learned through the training in sales, time management, goals and visions, sales talks on the phone and in Dealing with customers more and more confidently, which encouraged my personality development.

Today I am a confident woman who is proud to be a Déesse skin care consultant.

At a training course I heard the sentence that I never forgot and which I still use today and I say:

“I'm in the process of building a Déesse team with people who have just as much fun and enjoy advising and selling cosmetics and nutritional supplements as I do (or who want to learn) and when someone knows someone who looking for a new challenge, looking for a part-time job or a career in cosmetics, please tell me and I will get in touch with the person without obligation! And in fact, one or the other person contacted me again and again and so I was able to build a great team of independent, motivated, friendly and collegial Déesse consultants within my first three years with Déesse and my first goal - the collection of a Déesse company car - meet.

I will never forget the feeling when I was received at Déesse and the nice VW salesman explained my VW Polo to me, I was sitting in MY new car for the first time, smelling the leather of the steering wheel and full of tears in my eyes Proudly turned the first lap.

In the meantime, I'll pick up the sixth Déesse Flitzer in November 2021 - yes, there is a new car for managers every 3 years - and the feeling of pride and gratitude fills me again and again.

Déesse accompanied our sons through puberty with care products, my mother enjoyed the best anti-aging products. Friends, acquaintances and neighbors hardly know any skin problems and thanks to the care products and nutritional supplements from Déesse cosmetics they feel good in their skin and in their body.

The Corona period presented us with new challenges, which we have mastered and are still mastering with the support of Déesse cosmetics.

There is the possibility to attend all training courses online, to design demonstrations via Zoom or WhatsApp and to find new ways of selling cosmetics in the age of digitization.

I talk to customers and hosts on the phone every day, present the latest offers and news and am always in contact with my customers and of course with my advisors who are all over Germany.

Now I'm looking forward to new products that Déesse cosmetics always have in spring and autumn, because research, adaptation and further development is also taking place in the cosmetics industry, so Déesse is always up to date with cosmetics and nutritional supplements state of the art in science and technology.

With my professional career at Déesse cosmetics, I have learned to make the best of every situation and I am still very grateful to have a strong partner by my side.
