How can you care for yourself gently and safely during pregnancy – from head to toe?
During pregnancy, many parts of the body change – such as the breasts, tummy, skin, hair and even emotional resilience. To feel completely comfortable in your skin during this special time, it’s important to treat yourself daily to a little pampering and relaxation with products tailored to your needs.
Gentle care for breasts & décolleté
The breasts become heavier, more sensitive and need moisture. Care for them daily with a vitamin-rich oil such as Déesse Apricot Oil – it contains vitamins A, E and F and protects dry skin.
💬 Tip: Gently massage after breastfeeding and wipe off with water or a damp cloth before the next feed.
The tummy
Elastic and nourished As the skin stretches, it needs special support. A mixture of ½ Firming Cream + ½ Apricot Oil provides care and maintains elasticity. Massage your tummy daily in gentle circular motions – this strengthens the connective tissue and promotes relaxation. Alternatively, use the Wellness Delicate Body Oil, which has a subtle fragrance and keeps the skin supple.
💬 Application tip: Warm the oil in your hands and massage it in clockwise motions for 3–5 minutes.
Perineal care to prepare for birth
From the last month of pregnancy, regular perineal massage with Apricot Oil can help keep the tissue soft and elastic, allowing it to prepare more easily for birth.
💬 Important: Use only a few drops of oil and massage slowly with warm hands.
Relaxation in the bath
A warm bath works wonders for body and mind. The ideal temperature is a maximum of 38 °C – water that’s too hot can strain circulation. After 15–20 minutes, dry off, rest and continue your care routine with a gentle oil or body emulsion.
Care for skin & body
During pregnancy, the skin becomes more sensitive. Use soap-free, biodegradable products such as Déesse Lotion Rose Originale (LRO): pH-neutral & fragrance-free, with aloe vera and yucca extracts for re-lipidising and moisturising care. LRO is so gentle that it’s suitable even for babies or very sensitive skin.

Leg and foot care
Heavy legs are normal during pregnancy – regular care helps relieve them. Remove calluses gently with the Déesse Callus File. Wash with LRO and then use the Wellness Body Peeling. When the baby arrives

Sun protection for mum & baby
