The goal
Beautiful everyday makeup should never look like a mask. Well-prepared skin, a few carefully placed accents and softly blended transitions create a look that enhances your natural features.

Your beauty routine
Follow the steps in order, or adapt them to your skin and personal style.
01Gently cleanse your face, use a toner if you like, and apply a moisturiser suited to your skin type. Allow it to absorb briefly before starting your makeup.
02Use a primer only if you need one. Apply a small amount of foundation from the centre of your face outwards. Dab concealer onto areas you want to even out, and set with a little powder if desired.
03Apply blush to the upper part of your cheeks and blend gently towards your temples. A hint of colour is enough for a natural daytime look.
04Sweep a light eyeshadow over your eyelid, add a slightly deeper shade to the crease if you wish, and blend the edges. A fine eyeliner line, mascara and softly defined brows complete the look.
05Moisturise your lips, define their outline with lip liner if desired, then apply lipstick, tinted balm or lip oil. Finally, check that your complexion, eyes and lips work well together.

No. A suitable daytime moisturiser may be all the preparation you need. Primer is optional, for example if you want to adjust how your makeup wears or feels on your skin.
Use small amounts, blend carefully along your hairline and jaw, and check the result in natural light.
The basic steps are similar, but product textures and amounts can vary. Dry skin often benefits from more moisture, while oily skin may feel more comfortable with a lighter finish.
