Each stick contains a blend of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains. Xylitol, L-ascorbic acid and orange flavouring complete the formula.
The individually packed portions are easy to take with you. You do not need a glass or any water.

Composition
Which bacterial strains does it contain?
The bacterial blend makes up 3.3% of the formula. It combines six specifically identified strains of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium.
The percentage indicates the proportion of the blend in the product. It does not tell you how many live bacteria are present in each stick.
Xylitol provides sweetness, while orange flavouring adds taste. The formula also contains L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C).

- Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis – Lafti® B94
- Lactobacillus acidophilus – Rosell®-418

Ingredients: Sweetener xylitol, L-ascorbic acid, lactic acid bacteria blend 3.3% (Lactobacillus paracasei [Lafti® L26], Lactobacillus rhamnosus [GG], Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis [Lafti® B94], Lactobacillus acidophilus [Rosell®-418], Bifidobacterium longum [HA-135], Bifidobacterium breve [HA-129]), orange flavouring.
Suggested use
One stick a day – directly onto the tongue
Take one powder stick daily, approximately half an hour before a meal. Pour the contents directly onto your tongue and allow the powder to dissolve.
No water is needed. Follow the instructions on the packaging and do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
