What should I do if I want to return a product?
Contact the consultant or seller from whom you purchased the product. If you ordered through Regine, she can help you clarify the next steps.

Can I reuse my skincare jar?
For products compatible with the refill system, you keep your Déesse universal jar and replace only the used-up refill. Regine can help you find out which refill fits your skincare product.

Can I receive advice if I live elsewhere?
Yes. Regine is based in Bad Wildbad, Germany. Even if you live further away, you can write to her or discuss your questions by telephone.
What information should I provide when asking for advice?
Describe how your skin feels, which products you currently use and what you would like to change. Your preferences regarding texture and fragrance, along with any known sensitivities, are also helpful.
If you are asking about a specific product, you can include its name or a photograph of its packaging.
