Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to purchases of goods directly from Regine Grosch. The enquiry form on this website is non-binding and does not enable customers to place an order directly. A purchase contract is concluded only when the customer accepts an individual offer made by Regine Grosch.

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to contracts for the sale of goods between Regine Grosch and consumers with a delivery address in Germany, concluded through individual communication, particularly by email, WhatsApp or telephone.

Orders placed in the external Déesse online shop are subject solely to the terms and conditions of the seller identified in that shop. Clicking on a suitably labelled affiliate link leads to a separate offer and does not establish a purchase contract with Regine Grosch.

3. Enquiries, offers and conclusion of a contract

Product enquiries submitted through this website or made by email, WhatsApp or telephone are non-binding. Product information displayed on the website does not constitute a binding offer for sale.

Based on the enquiry, Regine Grosch prepares an individual offer specifying, in particular, the goods, quantities, prices, any applicable shipping charges, and the payment and delivery terms.

A purchase contract is concluded when the customer accepts the offer within its period of validity, for example by clearly confirming acceptance by email or WhatsApp. Submitting an enquiry alone does not create any obligation to pay.

After the contract has been concluded, confirmation of the contract, including the legally required contractual information, is provided on a durable medium, no later than upon delivery of the goods.

4. Prices and payment

The total prices stated in the individual offer apply, including statutory VAT where applicable and any separately stated shipping charges. The customer is informed of any additional charges before accepting the offer.

Payment is made by bank transfer to the account specified in the individual offer or invoice. Payment by PayPal is not available.

5. Delivery and shipping

Delivery is generally available within Germany to the agreed delivery address. Applicable shipping charges and the estimated delivery time are communicated in the individual offer before the contract is concluded.

Statutory rights in the event of delayed delivery remain unaffected.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts unless a statutory exception applies. Details concerning the withdrawal period, how to exercise the right, the effects of withdrawal and the model withdrawal form are provided in the separate Right of Withdrawal notice.

The withdrawal information and model withdrawal form are made available before the customer accepts the individual offer on a binding basis.

7. Statutory rights in respect of defects

Statutory rights in respect of defective goods apply. Product images may differ slightly from the delivered goods in colour and appearance; the product characteristics agreed in the individual offer are decisive.

8. Product use and liability

Instructions for use and other information on product packaging and enclosed leaflets must be observed. Liability is governed by the applicable statutory provisions; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Data protection

Information on the processing of personal data in connection with enquiries and the performance of contracts can be found in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory statutory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
