Cosmetics for autumn care
Autumn is here, and with it comes not only colorful leaves, but also cooler temperatures and humid weather. Your skin needs special care now to stay radiant and protected. Here are some tips on how to properly care for your skin in autumn.
1. Don't forget sun protection: Even when the sun shines less intensely, it is important to protect your skin from harmful UV rays. Therefore, use sun protection products in autumn too, e.g. the Sun face cream.
2. Moisture: The air is becoming drier and your skin now needs more moisture. Choose care products, e.g. the Moisture emulsion with a higher Oil as water content to protect your skin from drying out.
3. Remoistening care: Rely on products that provide your skin with plenty of moisture and care. Ingredients such as olive and argan oil as well as shea butter, e.g. the OPC plus face cream keep your skin supple and smooth.
4. Gentle peeling: A light peeling removes dead skin cells and makes your complexion shine. Make sure not to overstimulate your skin, but to care for it gently, for example with Enzymatic peeling.
5. Targeted care for stressed areas: Dry areas such as shins, elbows, knees and hands require special attention. Use rich creams and oils here, e.g. B. from the Apricot line to make them intensive care for and protect.
6. Nutrients from within: Don't forget to eat a balanced diet and drink enough water. A healthy diet and regular exercise support your skin from the inside out and ensure a radiant complexion. To prevent the "November blues" I recommend Cordyceps from the Déesse nutritional supplement.

MY SECRET body butter
In addition to nourishing shea and cocoa butter, the body butter contains valuable evening primrose oil. Urea is an ideal ally in the fight against dry skin: it is a natural moisturizing factor and as such helps to store moisture in the top layer of the skin and thus regulate the skin's moisture balance.

Apricot body butter
As with the other products in the Apricot line the aroma of the velvety summer fruit dominates here too. In addition to moisturizing cocoa, shea and mango butter, apricot kernel oil also ensures the high lipid content. The initially solid texture melts immediately upon contact with the skin and is therefore easy to spread.

Body butter almond oil
The almond oil impresses with its alpha-tocopherol content and its particularly good absorption properties. Thanks to the combination with moisturizing cocoa and shea butter as well as moisture-retaining squalane, the rich almond oil body butter leaves the skin feeling wonderfully nourished, supple and smooth.
