Your satisfaction comes first
Déesse products are characterized by their particularly high skin compatibility. If an intolerance should occur, which is often not directly related to the product, we guarantee you as a customer a eight-week right of return as long as at least two thirds of the product is still available.
You can exercise your right of return through your cosmetic consultant from whom you originally purchased the product. If you cannot reach her, I will be happy to help you on 089 230 2150-0.
As part of this eight-weeks right of return, you can either receive a refund of the purchase price, exchange the product for another or receive a credit note from the Déesse consultant from whom you purchased the products.
